ROSCO FoamCoat
Foam is a great building material for haunts; it's light-weight, readily available and affordable. However, compared to other substrates, it's fragile and overly absorptive, which makes it difficult to paint. Rosco FoamCoat is a water-based, polyester slurry that can be painted or troweled onto most varieties of foam to make it easier to paint and more durable. FoamCoat goes on thick so you can use it to add texture to your scenic or prop piece or even apply to walls with a texture gun to create the "orange peel – grunge" effect. Plus, FoamCoat is a flame retardant coating when 100% of the foam is coated.
